Women’s National Team Camp Preview

The England Women's National Team return to Reaseheath College this weekend for another training camp.

The Home of Amputee Football will play host to the next reunion of EAFA's Lionesses, as we once again welcome new players into the squad.

They will reinforce their skills and cohesion through warm ups and drills based on footwork, shooting and team tactics.

There will be a focus on strength and conditioning practices with muscle power and fitness being a highlight for the players to build their endurance.

Alongside improvements on the pitch, the squad will prepare for the international women's training camp in Belgium next week.

This will be the team's first trip together and will solidify all of the work both players and staff have put in since their inaugural meeting last year.

There will be further development off the pitch during Saturday's session with more informative indoor classes.
