Amp Futbol Cup 2023 Preview

Helder Silva lifts the 2022 Amp Futbol Cup Runners-Up trophy

On Friday, the England national team will take flight to Warsaw as Scott Rogers’ side competes for the 2023 Amp Futbol Cup Trophy as they aim to go one better than last year's second-place finish.

The Lions will play four games across two days in an action-packed weekend of football,

as they take on the USA, Costa Rica, Japan and host’s and holders Poland.

With five teams battling it out, the format of the competition will resemble the recent Nations League whereby each nation will go head-to-head with the team with the most points crowned Amp Futbol Cup Champions 2023.

Scott Rogers has named an unchanged squad from the group that earned England's first major trophy in 34 years this June, as the team continue their journey to Euro 2024.

England’s fixture schedule:

Saturday 16th September - USA vs England – Kick Off: - 14:30 (13:30 BST)

Saturday 16th September – Costa Rica vs England – Kick Off: - 18:00 (17:00 BST)

Sunday 17th September – Japan vs England – Kick Off: - 13:00 (12:00 BST)
